Refund policy
At Vellorly London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility, including any international shipping charges.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted; wearing is not.
- Returning products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to partially return is not permitted.
Return Process
- Register your return via info@vellorly.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We will provide you with the returns address.
- You must send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or postage/shipping costs.
- We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided.
- If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
